1. Please ensure that the homework should be completed to a high standard.
  2. All children must bring all their exercise books, Quran or particular Juzz  and their pencil case each week. Please ensure the pencils are sharpened and ready to use.
  3. Please ensure that you continue to practise it all at home with your children so that they will keep  on reinforcing the same what they have learnt at school.
  4. Before every half term holiday children will be assessed by a term assessment. The assessment will cover what has been taught during term.
  5. Our main ambition is to offer high standard of education through out. To keep the quality control we have ongoing class observations in which teachers receive feedback to improve the  standard of standard of lesson in each class. 
  6. We have ongoing in service trainings for teachers after every term in which to improve standard of lessons across the school.
  7. As a Muslim we realise the importance of recitation of Quran  therefore  we offer Skype sessions alongside of weekend classes for any child to improve pronunciation and to complete the recitation of Holy Quran within time frame. (For fees, please check Home page)

 

 

Syllabus 

The school has adopted a syllabus based around the needs of individual students. We prioritise stage over age in learning. Teachers are trained how to plan lessons for all students individually. We use various methods and cross curricular techniques to ensure that pupils understand the learning objective. Pupils are given targets which are both achievable and challenging. The complete syllabus takes 4-5 years to complete depending on the individuals ability & attendance. Entry age is from age 4+. Our plan is to cover a wide range of topics. We have four groups including beginners, intermediate, pre advance  & advance learners.

Quran class:

Recitation of Holy Quran with proper Tajweed rules.


 One to one, 28 min online session per week for children to read Quran beside Saturdays regular class. (Additional cost-Please check home page)

 

Hifz Lesson:

In AJA we only follow Sheikh mishary rashid alafasy recitation to keep same standard of pronunciation and style  throughout the school and therefore please use his Talawat for teaching children for any Hifz lesson.
